  To collate a weight database for the expected weights of standard case sealed Nintendo Switch Games

Initial Scope

  Standard case sealed Switch Games. But the possibilties are endless for all variations and console types

Why?

  To Aid with authentication. There are various instances where people have bought new switch games, either from retail or online, only to find the game cartridge missing or replaced with a plastic token

Accuracy

  Too much variation to be useful? I think it should be possible to sample enough copies to come up with accepted tolerances but let's see​​

Relevance

  Does anyone really care? Let's find out

Can other people help ?

  I would like to think so. ​I will conduct the initial research and samples and canvass inputs. Once a standard is agreed we can have an army of people submtting weight information.
